Grocery Store ManagerA consultarWe are looking for a Grocery Store Manager responsible for managing our small grocery store at Shelter Bay Marina. The Manager is responsible for department inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor and other operational processes to company standards. He or she must follow the company sales and production planning standards and will ensure that the department achieves the standards of performance as outlined in the work plan. They will plan, order and process grocery products according to work plan and standards to maximize sales and gross profit. The Grocery Manager will ensure all new department associates receive proper training and supervision and will ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage and rotation of merchandise and building of displays. The successful candidate should have the following qualifications: o Panamanian or Expat with resident and work papers o Must be at least 25 years of age o Car and driver license of advantage o High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience o Must be able to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 75 pounds o Must successfully pass math, cashier and physical test o Fluent English required o Retail Management Experience of a minimum of 3 years is required o Detail focused and driven to perform o Personable and very customer focused Salary and benefits based on qualifications.
